VLC Advisory LLC ("VLC Advisory," "I," "me") operates this website. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, you provide your name, organization, email address, and the message you choose to send. When you book a conversation through my scheduling link, you provide your name, email address, and the time you select.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to provide basic visitor analytics.
How I use your information
I use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and hold conversations, and to follow up on work we discuss. I use visitor analytics only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who I share it with
Your information is shared only with the service providers that make the site and scheduling work:
Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
Google, which provides my email and calendar scheduling.
I may also disclose information if required by law.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and for any work that follows, and for a reasonable period afterward for my business records. You may ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing vanessa.coulomb@vlc-advisory.com. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Security
I take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
